Reports we set in type

Occupancy, collection, lease dates, and tenant mix — prepared as bound reports and table briefings for buildings that keep more than one tenant.

These are not subscriptions and not a catalogue of modules. Each commission names a building (or a short list of buildings), the papers you can actually produce, and the meeting the report has to survive. The Tbilisi desk draws the plates, marks gaps where a figure is missing, and sits with you while the pages are turned.

If you are unsure which brief to send, start with the occupancy and operating report. The others exist for when the rent roll is untrustworthy, the lease dates are scattered, or the same portfolio must be walked every quarter.
