Refunds, cancellations, and work already on the plate

This page applies to commissioned reports, reconstructions, lease maps, quarterly briefings, and specimen sittings. We do not sell shipped goods, software licences, or class tickets, so those models are not described here.

Refund requests: info@tenant-routehub.digital · Level 9, 34 Tsereteli Avenue, Tbilisi 0159 · +995 32 555 5250. Name the commission letter and the building.

Eligibility

A full refund of a deposit is due if we have not yet accepted your papers (no document list agreed, no reading begun). A full refund is also due if we decline the work after seeing the file — for example if you ask us to hide arrears, or if the papers cannot support any honest plate.

Once reading has begun, the deposit is not returned in full. The unused part of the fee may be returned, as set out below.

Timeframe to ask

Write within fourteen days of the event you are cancelling (a booked briefing, a quarterly sitting, or a commission you wish to stop). Requests after the bound copies are printed are treated as a stop of remaining work, not as an unwinding of printing.

Full, partial, and none

Full. Work not started; or we refuse the commission for a reason in our terms.

Partial. Reading or draughting has started but plates are not yet bound. We invoice time already spent against the agreed fee and return the rest of any sum you have paid. Time is recorded in the letter as a daily rate named in the fee sketch.

None. Bound copies have been printed; the briefing has been held; or you stop the work because you dislike a truthful vacant floor. Printing, paper, and binding are not unwound.

Non-refundable items

Printer’s charges for extra copies. Travel already bought for a briefing outside Tbilisi. A specimen sitting that took place. Translation you appointed and paid separately.

Process and timing

We confirm the request in writing within five working days, then pay any refund within fourteen working days after that confirmation. The method is the same GEL channel you used, unless we agree otherwise. We do not refund in cash at the desk as a matter of course.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a Tbilisi briefing once, with three working days’ notice, at no extra fee. Further moves may carry a sitting charge named in the letter. If you cancel a briefing after the copies are bound, the report fee remains due; only the sitting may be rebooked.

Deposits

Half the fee is a deposit when you accept the document list. It secures time at the desk. It is not a separate product.

No-shows

If nobody from your side arrives for a booked briefing and no notice was given, the folio is still due. One rebooking is offered. A second no-show ends the sitting without a refund of the report fee.

Work already started

Draft plates sent for margin notes mean the work has started. Stopping at that point is a partial refund at most. Your margin notes do not transfer the copyright of the house style.

Quarterly arrangements

A quarter already invoiced, with papers received, is not refunded because you skipped the sitting. A future quarter not yet invoiced can be cancelled with fourteen days’ notice before that quarter begins. Adding or removing a building from the named list is a new sketch, not a refund.

Exceptions

If we miss a date we had accepted in the letter, you may cancel that sitting and receive a refund of any sitting surcharge; the bound work is still delivered. Illness at the desk may move a briefing; we will not charge you for our delay.
