Tenant Routehub Analytics is the data controller for personal information gathered through this site and through commissions. The desk is at Level 9, 34 Tsereteli Avenue, Tbilisi 0159. Write to info@tenant-routehub.digital or telephone +995 32 555 5250.

What we hold

From the contact form: name, email, optional report choice, building or street, and your message. From a commission: the papers you supply (leases, rent rolls, collection lines), tenant names as they appear in those papers, and notes from briefings. From the cookie banner: your accept or reject choice, stored on your device.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, bank passwords, or health information. Do not send them.

Why we hold it

To answer your note, sketch a fee, prepare plates, bind a report, and sit a briefing. Lawful bases under Georgian data-protection rules include steps toward a contract, performance of a commission, and our legitimate interest in keeping working files accurate. Consent is used for optional cookies only.

Retention

Contact-form notes that do not become a commission are kept up to two years. Commission files are kept for six years after the last bound copy, which is long enough for a later dispute about what was printed. Specimen ledgers with names struck may stay longer at the desk. You may ask for earlier deletion of form notes; we may keep what the law requires.

Who sees it

The assigned reporter and the second reader at the desk. A printer in Tbilisi sees what must be printed. We do not sell lists. If a court in Georgia orders production of a file, we will say so unless the order forbids it.

International transfers

The site is served from wherever our host keeps machines. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts (Google Ireland / Google LLC). If you write from outside Georgia, you are sending information into Georgia. We do not operate a network of foreign offices.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for correction, ask for deletion where the law allows, object to some processing, and complain to Georgia’s data-protection authority. Identity will be checked before we release a file that contains other people’s tenant names — those names are not yours to take home in bulk.

Children

The site is not directed at children. A commission about a building is an adult matter.
