Cookies

A cookie is a small text file a site stores on your device. This desk also uses localStorage in the browser for one preference. Neither is required for you to read reports, rates, or journal notes. Refusing optional cookies does not close the pages.

This notice should be read with the privacy page.

Types we use

Essential. The consent record itself, so we do not ask on every visit. The site will function if you reject optional cookies.

Analytics. We do not currently plant analytics cookies. If that changes, they will appear in the table below and will not run after a reject choice.

Third parties

Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. That is a request to Google’s servers. Google may process technical information such as your IP address according to its own policies. We do not set a Google Analytics cookie.

No advertising cookies are used.

How to manage or disable cookies

Use Accept or Reject on the banner. Rejecting stores the same key with the value reject and plants nothing further. You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings, which will make the banner return. Browser controls differ; look for cookies, local storage, or “site data” for tenant-routehub.digital.

Blocking all storage may hide your consent choice and show the banner again. It will not hide the occupancy reports.

Impact of disabling

You will still read the site, send a note, and open /api/mock.json if you submit the form. You will not receive a different report, a different fee, or a different briefing because you refused optional cookies. There are no optional cookies to miss at present.
